Welcome!
Bring customers to your campsites with no money, and barely any effort.
This post focuses on budget-friendly, easy and quick tips to attract campers to your site, and have them take lots of pictures that they can't resist sharing on their social media, magnetically attracting customers to your business.
We live in the age of social media. Having beautiful pictures to show their friends, and family is more valuable than ever. Planting flowers that attract butterflies make unforgettable memories, and pictures they will share on social media. The list of flowers that attract butterflies are long, some great choices are butterfly bush, sunflowers, milkweed and phlox. Attracting hummingbirds to your campsites, or garden is another way to provide a magical experience for your guests. Some flowers that attract hummingbirds are trumpet vine, trumpet honeysuckle, red cardinal flower and rhododendron. Hummingbird feeders are also an easy, low-budget idea.
The last tip I saw used when camping with my daughter. Immediately I understood how smart this was for marketing. The camp host put signs with silly names for each campsite. Think of the possibilities! If a chipmunk lives on your property, you can put a sign “Cheddar the Chipmunk lives here”, and watch the children's eyes light up. With a clever sign that says “Wishing tree”, a box of paper slips, and ribbons, you have just turned an ordinary tree into an attraction they will tell their family, and friends about.
About me: the first time I picked up a camera, was grade 10 photography class. I love creating beautiful things. After that, I was always the go-to guy any time a photo, or video had to be taken. In my head I could hear their unspoken words, “don't screw this up!” So I’d better get good. I read books, and practiced. Now I approach taking photos more strategically, considering composition, lighting, color and texture, but when I look at the camera right before I take the shot, for a moment, I turn back into that wide-eyed kid.
I am currently taking on 5 camping hosts for free professional Photography, and copywriting services. I only ask for an honest review of my services. Just shoot me an email to schedule a quick call, and hear how I can best serve you. [email protected] Cheers!
